Clarity & Confidence in Breastfeeding

Empowering breastfeeding moms. Expert guidance. Real insights. Keep scrolling to learn more and find your community. Discover the Nurture Collective® – where shared challenges find solutions.

We are a different kind of community — here to support you (not just your milk).

I need this!

Nobody prepared you for how
difficult breastfeeding would be

You can read all the books and surf the web ’til your fingers ache, but let’s be real: stepping into the new mom shoes is like entering a whole new universe.

Feeling like you’re caught in a whirlwind and second-guessing yourself? You’re not alone. Moms everywhere nod their heads ’cause they’ve been there too.

But hey, being part of the “normal” club doesn’t mean you’re stuck. There’s a way to level up from here.

That’s where our online program comes in – it’s like a superhero cape for your breastfeeding journey. ?‍♀️

Holistic Breastfeeding

Well, guess what? You’ve landed in the exact spot you’ve been looking for. We’re here to be the trusty sidekick you’ve been missing. No more mystery, no more confusion.

Your breastfeeding journey just found its new best friend!

Maybe you’re struggling with…

  • Navigating latch and positioning
  • Uncertainty about milk supply
  • Not knowing what to expect next

  • Balancing sleep with feeding demands
  • Managing breastfeeding with returning to work
  • Wondering how you’ll keep this up

And you’re feeling overwhelmed and discouraged because nothing you try seems to work and answers feel so far out of reach.

We know how hard it is to find

Clear Guidance You Can Trust

You’ve been on a mission, scouring the vast corners of the internet, leaning on your loved ones, and seeking guidance from your healthcare provider – but despite all these efforts, you’re still feeling like you’re hitting a wall.

With celebrities dishing out unverified advice on boosting supply, self-proclaimed “experts” offering misguided latching techniques, and courses that talk about problems without handing you the solutions you’re craving… it’s no wonder you feel overwhelmed!

While the internet is packed with information, a lot of it is outdated or, let’s face it, not that helpful. And let’s be real, you’re already dealing with enough – sifting through all that noise or relying on trial and error shouldn’t be part of your load as a new mom.

Expert guidance that’s straightforward and trustworthy? That’s something breastfeeding moms have been craving for a while —

Guess what? It’s finally here…

Guidance Img

You don’t have to GO THROUGH this alone

Did you know the average mom spends around 30 hours a week breastfeeding? That’s practically like a full-time gig! But the shocking part is, the support you’re craving is often missing.

We’re all familiar with the “breast is best” saying, but it’s tough not to feel defeated when you’re left without the proper knowledge, assistance, and a community to back you up.

You deserve more than just a rushed chat with a hospital lactation consultant or quick pediatrician visits that only focus on your baby, not you.

We’re here to show you that your breastfeeding journey doesn’t have to feel this difficult or isolating.

Motherhood goes by in the blink of an eye.
Let’s make this part of your journey as easy, joyful, and stress-free as possible, shall we?

You CAN actually…

  • Know exactly which steps to take to overcome your unique breastfeeding struggles, relying on expert advice that’s there for you whenever you need it

  • Establish a rhythm as you get the hang of blending breastfeeding and pumping with your job and other commitments

  • Be part of a welcoming group of moms who truly understand your daily challenges and are your biggest cheerleaders

  • Confront doubt and frustration head-on, knowing that the guidance you gain on this breastfeeding journey will be the cornerstone of your motherhood experience for years to come.

  • Build a meaningful bond with your little one without losing sight of your own well-being and happiness during your breastfeeding experience

If, during our interactions, it appears that a one-on-one health consultation might be the way to go for you and your baby, rest assured we’ll recommend seeking additional support. Our commitment as healthcare professionals is to ensure you and your family get the best care possible!

“I feel greatly supported by the team and community to continue my breastfeeding journey“

I love asking questions in the community. Both Cait and Jacqueline are very prompt and thorough in their respective explanations. I also love hanging out at the Q&As and seeing other moms who are part of the community and learning something new everyday from awesome moms and IBCLCs! I learned alot about good pumps from the community and things I can try. I feel greatly supported by the team and community to continue my breastfeeding journey.

The course is so comprehensive. I love how organized it was based on baby’s age and also issues that can come up with baby and mom. More than what I expected and way more than what I have learned just from google and past IBCLCs. It’s great to have this treasure of a resource available at hand whenever I hit a roadblock.

I wish I’d had this when my baby was first born. I’ve had mastitis four times, the fourth being when I discovered this program, and it was the only time I didn’t have to rely on antibiotics. I learned so much about breastfeeding that I wish I’d known when my baby was first born!

I haven’t found another program this comprehensive.

I just wanted to say thank you to Jacqueline and Cait. This Nurture Collective Program is SO in depth and incredible. I haven’t found another program this comprehensive in terms of breastfeeding, infant sleep, infant care, and more. I’m learning so much every time I watch a lesson and I would highly recommend this program to any new mama. The community is so encouraging, helpful, and quick to jump in and help each other. I’m thankful to be here and have these resources!

Thank you all for your very kind answers.

I am learning that choosing what NOT to read/watch is as important as what I do read/watch. That’s one of the reasons why I am in love with TNC Thank you for the validations as well, I truly appreciate it.

OUR FOUNDER’S STORY

Meet Jacqueline

International Board Certified Lactation Consultant®,
Founder of Holistic Lactation® & Creator of The Nurture Collective®

It may be hard to believe, but I was once exactly where you are right now.

When my son was born, I had the hardest time breastfeeding and nobody seemed to be able to help. The hospital’s lactation consultant made me feel incompetent and ashamed when I couldn’t latch my baby properly, I had no mom friends to turn to for guidance, and my pediatrician completely dismissed my experience. For months, I experienced horrific pain at every latch, with scabs and bruises on my nipples. It wasn’t until I spoke to other moms at a local breastfeeding support group that I realized breastfeeding wasn’t supposed to hurt.

I’ll never forget my very first meeting, watching several moms confidently nurse babies older than mine. I was witnessing something I didn’t even know was possible and I was completely blown away. With that one interaction, I suddenly felt like things could get better.

The guidance and support I received from professionals & other moms helped me become a confident mom and breastfeeder myself – and it didn’t take me long to decide I never wanted another mom to suffer in silence the way I did.

Founder

These women became my anchor

GUIDING ME THROUGH THE NORMAL (AND THE NOT SO NORMAL)

I was so inspired that I never returned to my job as a stockbroker, instead dedicating my career to helping women get the support that I so desperately craved in the beginning. The rest, as they say, is history!

If my journey could lead me to not only keep going but reshape my entire career, imagine the what a united community and the right knowledge can do for breastfeeding moms everywhere.

That very question had stuck with me for quite a while, and the answer has finally emerged in the form of The Nurture Collective®.

Founder Woman

Many breastfeeding courses miss the mark, leaving moms without practical insights tailored to their unique needs. How do I know? Because I’ve been there. I’ve explored what’s available, and it became clear that something different was needed:

A way for busy moms to access information with ease, while also having the avenue to ask questions and receive reassurance throughout their journey.

I’ve felt the weight of overwhelm, exhaustion, and pain while searching for answers. Take my word, there’s a brighter path ahead, mama — and I’m excited to guide you along it within this membership.

Rest assured, I’ll be right here, cheering you on every step of the way.

You deserve to feel confident as a mom,
clear direction in your journey,
and fewer struggles to face

Frequently Asked Questions

[font-accent style=”text-center inherit”If you’re feeling un(der)prepared, and left wondering whether the bumps and hurdles you’re navigating are all par for the course…

How much time should I commit each month to see results?

That’s really up to you. You get immediate access to the program; so, if you have time to dive into it right away, you can! If you need to take your time going through the lessons, they’re there for you when you need them.

The best part of The Nurture Collective® is that it can be accessed at any time, anywhere. No need to pack up the baby (and everything they need) and travel to get answers. You can access the lessons from your nursery, your car, your office — wherever!

I already listen to your podcast / follow you on social media. How is this membership different?

While we do cover a lot on the Holistic Lactation® Instagram page and the Breastfeeding Talk Podcast, we rarely discuss troubleshooting techniques or go in-depth on what to expect throughout the stages of breastfeeding.

Our free content barely scratches the surface of what we teach inside of The Nurture Collective®, and your membership also allows you to interact, discuss the content, and get feedback as you apply what you’re learning to your unique situation.

My baby is already several months old — is it too late for me to join?

Absolutely not. We have entire modules dedicated to newborns (up to 1 month), young infants (1-6 months), older infants (6-12 months), and babies (1+ year). You can jump right into the lessons that are most applicable to you!

I’m a lactation consultant. Can I join to see what you’re teaching?

No. This program is a safe space exclusively for breastfeeding moms/parents. Lactation consultants, doulas, midwives, and other healthcare professionals will immediately have their access revoked.

Where does the community interaction take place?

Our private community is hosted on a platform called Circle. It’s free, very easy to use, and you don’t need a Facebook account to participate.

Can you guarantee I’ll see results?

No. While we have carefully and intentionally created this program to be the go-to resource for breastfeeding moms, your results will be determined by a huge range of factors — from your personal or medical background to your dedication and motivation. We cannot ethically guarantee results, and this program is NOT a replacement for personalized medical advice.

Can’t I get all of this information online for free?

While the internet is a wealth of information on all things, including breastfeeding, much of that information is outdated, inaccurate, and surface-level. While you could piece together a plan on your own (with a lot of time and hard work), it may not be effective and could be harmful to you or your baby.

I’m pregnant — is it too soon for me to join?

Congratulations! It’s never too soon to prepare. Multiple clinical studies have shown that prenatal education dramatically improves breastfeeding rates and success. That’s exactly why (unlike a lot of breastfeeding courses) The Nurture Collective® has an entire module just for pregnant moms.
While prenatal classes are helpful, mom brain is a very real thing and it’s completely normal for you to forget most of what you learned and prepared ahead of time. Your ongoing access to this program gives you the chance to refresh your knowledge both before and after your baby is born, with a community there to support you as you navigate your transition into motherhood.

I’m worried about getting lost in a big group. How many moms do you have inside?

We promise that you’ll never feel like just a number inside The Nurture Collective®. Even as our program grows and reaches more moms, you’ll have the chance to interact with small cohorts of moms who have similar-aged children and/or are facing similar breastfeeding challenges.

I exclusively pump / supplement with formula. Is this program for me?

Absolutely. We’re well versed in all things pumping — from pump settings and flange fitting to formula and bottle feeding — and we’ve included guidance on all of these different forms of breastfeeding in this program.

Our main goal is to help you find a lactation support that works for you, your baby, and your life. There is no one-size-fits-all approach here, and all breastfeeding moms are welcome!

Do you offer refunds?

No. If you’re unsure whether you would like to commit to The Nurture Collective® long term, we recommend choosing the monthly option. This allows you to experience the program for yourself at a low investment, and you can cancel your membership at any time if you decide it’s not for you.

I think I need 1:1 personalized support instead. Do you offer this?

Yes! We would love to support you at a more personalized level. Click here to learn more about working with Holistic Lactation®.

Trust us, mama: this is the solution you’ve been looking for

We don’t want to see another tired mom search the internet for answers until her eyes glaze over. You not only deserve accurate, up-to-date breastfeeding information, but you also deserve real, practice tips on how to fix your lactation challenges.

And you deserve it all on your schedule…

So you can easily find the answers you need as you rock your baby back to sleep at 3 am or as you try to pump in your office in the middle of a workday.

You don’t have to piece it all together on your own anymore. our experts and a community of fellow moms are ready to help.

Motherhood goes by in the blink of an eye.
Let’s make this part of it as easy, joyful, and anxiety-free as possible, shall we?
