To be eligible for a return, please keep the following in mind:

  • Items must be unused, in new condition, and with all seals intact. We cannot accept returns for products that have been used.
  • Our products may not work for everyone, so we encourage you to consult with your healthcare provider(s) before making a purchase to determine if our products are right for you.
  • Returns are subject to inspection, and we may not accept items that are damaged, opened, or show signs of use. Please package the items securely to ensure they are protected during transit.
  • Please note that original and return shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made a mistake with your order. If you believe there was an error, please email us at support@holisticlactation.com and we will cover the shipping costs.

How the return process works:

  1. Once your return is approved, you will need to send it back to us with the instructions provided in our email to you.
  2. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide return shipping labels.
  3. Once we receive your package, please allow 2-3 weeks for us to process your return.
