Shipping policy
All orders through our website will process the same day if placed before 8 AM eastern time, otherwise they will ship the next day (excluding weekends and holidays).
If you used Buy With Prime to checkout, your order ships via Amazon with fast, free delivery and free returns on eligible items.
Here are some steps you can take if you haven’t received your order yet:

Double-check the estimated delivery time: Review the estimated delivery time provided during the purchase. Sometimes, deliveries may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances such as high demand, holidays, or weather conditions.

Track your order: Check your order tracking number. You can find this in the shipping email confirmation we sent or log in to your account to find tracking info.
NOTE: If you ordered using Buy with Prime, you can see you order within the Amazon Pay tab on your Amazon account.

Verify your shipping address: Ensure that the shipping address you provided during the checkout process is correct. An incorrect or incomplete address can cause delays or failed deliveries. If needed, you can contact us or USPS to update the address details.

Check for delivery attempts or notifications: Sometimes, delivery attempts may have been made, and you may have missed them. Look for any delivery notifications left at your doorstep, in your mailbox, or any email/phone notifications from the shipping carrier. It is also possible that the package is being held at a local post office or sorting facility for pickup.
- Contact USPS: if your package is lost and it realistically should have been delivered by now, you can submit a request directly to USPS to research and locate your package.
