USPS is currently experiencing delays in both tracking updates and delivery times, which means some orders may appear as “label created” for longer than usual, even though they have already been dropped off and are in transit. While this is frustrating, we want to assure you that your order is on its way.

📦 Our shipping team is fulfilling and dispatching orders as usual. However, USPS Ground Advantage, our standard shipping method, has an estimated delivery window of 2-5 business days, though delays can extend that timeframe.
📍 Tracking updates may be slow or missing entirely until the package reaches a major sorting facility.
⏳ If your order appears to be delayed beyond 7 days from shipment, you may submit a Missing Mail Request with USPS here, or simply reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
