Amazon Assistant

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage our Amazon ad campaigns and optimize product listings for maximum visibility and sales. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in Amazon advertising, product listing SEO, A+ content design, listing image enhancement, competitive analysis, and storefront design. Additionally, a proven track-record of results is essential, along with a comprehensive understanding of the sales funnel to ensure holistic management of listings and ads.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Amazon Ad Campaign Management:

  • Create, monitor, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and increase revenue.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-converting keywords.
  • Monitor ad performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

2. Product Listing Optimization:

  • Implement SEO strategies to improve product visibility and search rankings.
  • Design compelling A+ content to enhance product descriptions and engage customers, driving CTR and CVR.
  • Optimize listing images for maximum appeal and conversion.

3. Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough research on competitors' listings, keywords, and advertising strategies.
  • Identify areas for improvement and opportunities to gain a competitive edge.

4. Storefront Design:

  • Develop and maintain an attractive and user-friendly Amazon storefront.
  • Ensure branding consistency and optimize layout and copy for optimal conversion.

5. Graphic Design:

  • Create visually appealing graphics and images using tools like Canva.
  • Design eye-catching advertisements, banners, listing images and promotional materials.

6. Holistic Approach:

  • Understand the entire sales funnel and coordinate listing and advertising strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing Amazon ad campaigns and optimizing product listings.
  • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and advertising platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Excellent graphic design skills, with expertise in Canva and other relevant tools.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Access to third-party apps and tools for Amazon management.
